DELIVERY POLICY

The orders are delivered from our warehouse in Bucharest and arrive at the destination within 1-3 working days from the registration of the order. All orders registered in our system before 14:00 are shipped the next day and arrive at the destination the next working day. Orders registered after 14:00 arrive at the destination within 3 working days. Delivery time may vary depending on the volume of orders placed. At the end of the order, on our website you can choose the day you prefer to make the delivery. You can choose a date of up to 7 business days from the date the order was registered, noting that this option may be disabled during certain periods.

Transport costs and methods

The products are delivered by Fan courier For orders up to 200 RON, the transport on the Romanian territory costs 15 RON, regardless of the chosen payment method. (Rates include VAT.) Orders exceeding 200 RON benefit from free transport (on the Romanian territory). Due to the fact that the delivery is made through a third party agent, we cannot guarantee the quality of the service. However, for any problem regarding the delivery process, do not hesitate to contact us. We inform you that, for logistical and legal reasons, we cannot guarantee the delivery of orders to addresses outside Romania.
